Each cause will get at least 2 social media posts per week on Facebook/Instagram (Meta)
Advertising will run during the Pre-Sale promotion of the event,
and follow with posts of the winners, posts about the funds raised for each cause,
thank you posts for the week following the end of the event.
Other advertising will be in a mix of local print, radio and email marketing.

ACF’s standard, published allocation of ticket sales income is:
• 65% to the participating cause(s)
(as fundraising donation)
• 10% GST
• 10% Operational costs
• 15% Prize pool

*Prize pool funds held from this event may be used to seed subsequent events, growing prize appeal and participation over time.
